Return RETURN POLICY
TraditionsOnline.Com is committed to providing quality products to our customers. If you are not completely satisfied with a purchased product, please return it to us in original condition within 30 days of receipt and we will gladly replace it or provide a refund using the original payment method. You may return your purchase by mailing it to the address on your purchase invoice. We will reimburse the original payment amount upon receipt of the returned product. Although we do not reimburse the postage for any returns, in the case of a product exchange of the same or lesser value and model (e.g. exchanging a blue pillow for a yellow one), we will ship you the replacement using standard delivery for no additional cost. All other exchanges are still subject to delivery charges.
To ensure that best possible fulfilment on your reorder or exchange, we recommend that you call us to reserve the styles or colors that you would like to receive. Our customer service representatives are also on hand to discuss payment options as well as delivery timeframes. In the case of a phone reservation, you also do not need to resubmit a completed reorder form with your return.
